Meet the Owners

Patrick Calello, CALA, is the Business Manager and one of the owners of Victoria Mews. Pat, a resident of Boonton Township for more than 20 years, became a licensed Real Estate Broker at the age of 23 and started Calello Agency three years later in 1970. He began as a salesman, but eventually specialized in buying and rehabilitating apartment buildings. The Calello Agency in Newark, NJ, is still an active and thriving business that is now owned and operated by his son. Pat was involved in the development of Victoria Mews Assisted Living and became the driving force and the very heart of the community from its inception. |

Jean Fahey, RN, BSN, CALA, is our Director of Nursing and one of the owners of Victoria Mews. Jean is a cum laude graduate of the Seton Hall School of Nursing and has decades of experience in Nursing and Administration. Jean has both exceptional nursing skills and great compassion. She is a superb resident advocate. She has worked in many different settings, such as home care, residential and assisted living. Her true calling is nursing and her dedication, hands-on approach and great judgment are responsible for the outstanding quality of nursing care at Victoria Mews. She nurtures her residents back to health and takes quick action to ensure their safety and well-being. |

Anne Ortega RN, BSN, MA, CALA, is our Executive Director and one of the owners of Victoria Mews. Anne received her bachelor's degree in nursing and her graduate degree in psychology from Farleigh Dickinson University. Her life and career always revolved around healthcare. She has extensive experience in mental health, nursing and administration in clinics, home care, hospitals, and leading assisted living facilities. A skillful leader with high standards, she brings uncompromising quality to every aspect of Victoria Mews. Anne challenges her staff to strive for excellence, professionalism and to provide the very best services to all of our residents. |
